Ingredients

1 lb Ground Beef

1 can Diced Tomatoes with Herbs (15oz)

16 oz Frozen Peas and Carrots (1 bag)

8 oz Frozen Corn (½ bag)

1 small Sweet Onion (about ½ cup) diced

½ Tbsp Paprika

1 tsp Dried Thyme

½ tsp Dried Sage

½ tsp Minced Garlic

4 cups Beef Broth


Directions

1. Add all ingredients to crock. Add ground beef in pieces, if desired. 2. Cover and cook. LOW4-6 hours. 3. Break apart ground beef (if needed) before serving. *** Freezer Meal -- - Add everything except broth to gallon baggie. - Mark with prep date and amount of broth to add on cook day. Use within 3 months. - Thaw overnight (in fridge) before cooking. - To cook, dump into crock with required broth and follow cooking time.
