Hazelnut Muffins

Ingredients

3 ts Baking Powder

1/2 c Chopped hazelnuts (see note)

2 Eggs

3/4 c Yoghurt

1/2 c Melted butter or margarine

1 1/2 c Flour

1/2 c Sugar

1/2 c Frangelico liqueur (see


Directions

Preheat oven to 400F, prepare pans. Combine wet mix ingredients & mix well. Add the dry mix to the wet mix until just combined. Spoon into pans & bake for 15-20 mins. Makes 12.
