Ingredients

1 c. brown sugar

3 Tbsp. butter

3 Tbsp. cream (Half & Half is ok)

1/2 c. chocolate chips

Directions

Combine butter, sugar and cream in saucepan. Bring to a rolling boil, then remove from heat. Add chocolate chips and beat well (with spoon). Spread immediately over cake in 8x8 pan. From Grandma, July 1986

My grandmother always made this delicious fudge frosting. It's so easy to prepare, and turns out every time, as long as you take it right off of the stove when it reaches the rolling boil (starts bubbling all over).
