Healthy lentils with spicy chicken sausage and mushrooms

Ingredients

2 cups lentils dry

3 cups Chicken broth

1/2 cup Water

1/2 cup White wine

1 teaspoon Black pepper

2 tsp trader joes everyday seasoning

18 ounce Fresh mushrooms, chopped 16-20oz

8 links Smoked andouille chicken sausage chopped

16 ounce Frozen Peas


Directions

Add all ingredients to a large pan EXCEPT sausage and peas. Bring to a boil on high heat then simmer on low heat for 35-40 minutes until soft and liquid is absorbed. Fry chopped sausage in a pan with oil until browned. Remove from pan. Add peas to pan and cook until thawed and warm. Mix all ingredients together and enjoy.
