Healthy Refried Beans

Ingredients

15 ounces canned black beans, drained

15 ounces canned pinto beans, drained

2 teaspoons chili powder

2 Tablespoons water

2 cloves garlic

2 teaspoons kosher salt

1 Tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil


Directions

On a cutting board, smash the garlic cloves and sprinkle with 1 tsp salt. Max, mince and smear to a coarse paste. Put the garlic with the remaining ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
