Ingredients

2 cup Warm water

2.5 teaspoons Yeast

.5 tablespoon Sugar

.25 cup Butter (Melted)

1 tablespoon Salt

.25 cup Sugar

.5 cup Evaporated milk

5-7 cup Flour any combination of wheat and white

Directions

In bowl gently whisk warm water, yeast and 1/2 teaspoon sugar. Cover with a towel and let sit about 15 minutes (until all bubbly on top). In blender mix, yeast/water combo, butter, salt, sugar, evaporated milk and flour. I usually start with 5 cups and then work my way up. Use the bread kneader tool for your mixer and dough should pull away from the bowl as it mixes but still be a little sticky. Cover with warm wet towel in large greased bowl (glass better than metal) for approx. 3-5 hours - until risen to about double the size of the original size. Place somewhere on warm stove or near warm window to rise. Grease two loaf pans with Crisco. When dough has fully risen, knead for 1-2 minutes, split into two loaves and the place in greased loaf pans. Cover again with warm wet towel and allow to rise until about 3/4 of the way to full loaf of bread size. Bake at 375 for 25-30 minutes.
