Homemade Chicken Spinach Pizza

Ingredients

1 1/2 Cups Water at room temperture

1 teaspoon Honey

2 teaspoons Salt

2 tablespoons olive oil

3 1/4 cups All Purpose flour

3/4 cup Whole Wheat Flour

2 1/4 teaspoons Active yeast or bread machine yeast

2 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts cooked and chopped

4 tablespoons Olive oil

1 tablespoons Italian seasoning

1 teaspoon Garlic Powder

4 Cups mozzarella cheese shredded

8 oz crumbled Feta cheese

2 medium Roma Tomatoes Chopped

1 Bag Baby spinach


Directions

Prepare the dough. I use my bread machine and it takes 1 hour and 40 minutes to make the 2 pound loaf. This is enough for two large pizzas. While Bread machine is working I grill the chicken and get it chopped up. Once bread machine is completed split dough in half. Place on 2 cooking sprayed pizza stones and shape to fit the stone. Once complete bake each stone for 6 minutes in a 400(F) degree oven. Carefully coat each pizza with the olive oil, Italian seasoning, and the garlic powder. Add about 1/2 cup of the shredded mozzarella cheese to each pizza. Then top each pizza with the remaining ingredients. Top each pizza with the 3 cups remaining mozzarella cheese and bake for an additional 15 minutes. Slice and enjoy!
