Ingredients

3 eggs

1/4 tsp mustard (scant)

1 tsp salt

1/2 cup sugar

1 tbsp flour

1/4 cup vinegar (or scant 1/2 cup)

1 cup milk

butter (size of an egg)

Directions

Beat eggs. Mix dry ingredients an then add to eggs. Add vinegar, milk, and butter. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Cool.
