Honey Garlic Glazed Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients

2 1 lb Pork Tenderloins

3 Minced Cloves Of Garlic

Veg or Olive oil

PORK RUB

1/2 Tbsp of Salt

1/2 Tbsp of Black Pepper

1/2 Tbsp Garlic Powder

1/2 Tbsp Paprika

SAUCE

1/2 Cup Honey

1/2 Cup Agave Syrup

6 Tbsp Lite Soy Sauce

6 Tbsp Cider Vinegar


Directions

Pre heat oven to 350. Mix the rub Set aside Mix the sauce Set aside Mince the garlic Set aside. Heat cast iron pan over medium high heat. Sprinkle rub on the pork and rub in. When pan is hot, add oil and sear both porks. When almost done, add the Minced garlic and cook til s little golden. Add the sauce and coat the pork. Place the whole pan in the oven and roast fot 20 to 30 minutes. Carefully remove pan from oven, put pork on a plate and cover with foil to rest. Put pan with sauce back on stove over medium heat and reduce sauce until it thickens. Slice pork, drizzle with sauce. Pour extra sauce in a serving bowl. Enjoy
