1200 grams milk

6720 grams beta flour

120 grams yeast

120 grams salt

1/4 cup honey

3960 grams water


Directions

knead all ingredients for 9 minutes bulk proof for 20-30 minutes divide into 12 shape and roll proof for 20 minutes bake 195 for 35 minutes adding a cup of water into oven at start
