Hot Corn Dip

Great dip for Melba toast crackers

Ingredients

3 11 oz cans Drained

4 4oz cans Chopped and drained

1 12 oz block Shredded with jalapeños

1 Cup Chopped

1 1/4 cups

3/4 Cup

2 Tablespoons For garnish


Directions

In a bowl, combine corn,chillies Monterey Jack cheese and peppers. Stir in mayonnaise and Parmesan cheese , transfer to a non greased baking dish and cover. Bake at 350' for 30 minutes or until heated throughout. Sprinkle with olives and return to oven for 10 to 15 minutes until browned on top. Serve hot with tortilla chips. Great!
