Method
1. Heat lentil patties in microwave following packet directions. Cut in half.
2. Combine yoghurt and chutney. Season with freshly ground black pepper.
3. Divide salad leaves, cucumber and carrot between pita pocket halves. Place
half a lentil patty in each pocket and serve with yoghurt mixture.
