Jack Cheese Fondue

Ingredients

2 oz Butter

1/4 c Flour or Butter roux

1 1/2 lb Sonoma Hot Pepper Jack

1/2 tb Worcestershire Sauce

1/2 tb Celery salt

2 c milk

1/2 tb Tabasco sauce

2 oz Sonoma cheddar

3 tb Cornstarch

2 c Dry white wine

1 lb Sonoma Garlic Jack

1/2 tb Black pepper


Directions
