3 cups Water

1 Onion finely minced
1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
2 teaspoons Cumin
1 tablespoon Chili powder
1/2 teaspoon Crushed red pepper
Made the recipe without the ground beef. Our son is a vegeterian. It was awesome. We will make it and freeze for later.
