Jacqueline's Black bean salad

Delicious salad that keeps in refrigerator for about about 4 days.

Ingredients

4 Roma tomato chopped

1 Orange pepper chopped

1 Avocado chopped

1/4 cup Green onion chopped

1 Green pepper chopped

1/2 cup Almonds slivered

1/4 cup Sesame seeds

19 ounce Black beans drained, rinsed

1/2 cup Lemon juice

1/4 cup olive oil

2 tbsp Ketchup

1 tsp Cumin 1

1/2 tsp Seasoning salt

1/4 tsp Cayenne

squirt Frank's hot sauce optional


Directions

Drain & rinse black beans. Chop all the vegetables and keep raw. Mix all the remaining ingredients and pour into the bean and vegetables. Can be served immediately or kept in the fridge for a few days. Just before eating, sprinkle the seeds of choice in your plate. FOR MEAT LOVERS: Add cooked shrimp
