1. Place sweet potatoes in slow-cooker. Add water chestnuts, raisins and pineapple tidbits; mix well.
2. Sprinkle chicken with jerk seasoning. Place chicken over potato mixture.
3. Combine reserved pineapple juice, onion flakes, ginger, Worchestershire sauce, lime zest, and cumin seed in a small bowl. Pour over chicken. Cover and cook at LOW for 7 to 9 hours or at HIGH for 3 to 4 hours, or until chicken and potatoes are tender. Serve with rice, if desired.
