Jodie's Chili-Cheese and Mac

Combination of chili and macaroni make this very hearty.

Ingredients

3/4 pound ground beef

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon ground coriander

1 teaspoon ground cumin

2 teaspoon chili powder more if desired

2 cup beef broth

1/2 cup water

1 (10 ounce) can diced tomates with green chilis

8 ounce Elbow Macaroni Noodles

1/2 cup milk

4 ounces Light cream cheese

4 1/2 ounces Reduced Fat Cheddar cheese


Directions

Heat dutch oven over medium-high heat. Add beef and next 4 ingredients; cook 3 minutes. Add broth, water and tomatoes; bring to a boil. Stir in macaroni; cover and cook 10 minutes until macaroni is done. Heat milk and cream cheese in sauce pan over medium. Cook 4 minutes until cheese melts, stirring frequently. Remove from heat. Stir in cheddar. Add cheese sauce to macaroni mixture. Toss well to coat.
