Jodie's glazed crock pot pork tenderloin

I found this recipe on big oven and copied it to "my" recipes. It was an instant hit.

Ingredients

2 pounds

1 teaspoon

1/2 teaspoon

1/4 teaspoon

1 clove crushed

1 cup

1/2 cup

1 tablespoon

1/4 cup

1/2 cup

Directions

Mix together sage, salt, pepper and garlic. Mixture will be coarse. Rub over tenderloins. Place 1/2 cup water in crock pot. Put tenderloin in crock pot. Cook on low about 5 hours. Mix glaze ingredients in a small saucepan. Cook over medium heat about 4 minutes, until thickens. Brush tenderloin with glaze and continue cooking in crock pot another hour, bruising 3-4 more times. Remove tenderloin to a foil lined baking pan. Brush again with glaze. Broil 2-3 minutes until crust forms. Turn tenderloin over and brush with glaze again Broil additional 2-3 minutes until crust forms. Remove and flake with fork.
