Mix together sage, salt, pepper and garlic. Mixture will be coarse. Rub over tenderloins.
Place 1/2 cup water in crock pot. Put tenderloin in crock pot. Cook on low about 5 hours.
Mix glaze ingredients in a small saucepan. Cook over medium heat about 4 minutes, until thickens. Brush tenderloin with glaze and continue cooking in crock pot another hour, bruising 3-4 more times.
Remove tenderloin to a foil lined baking pan. Brush again with glaze. Broil 2-3 minutes until crust forms. Turn tenderloin over and brush with glaze again Broil additional 2-3 minutes until crust forms.
Remove and flake with fork.
