Juanita's Egg Casserole

Ingredients

6 slices Bread

4 cups Mexican cheese shredded

8 ounce Green chili chopped

7 ea Egg

2 cups Milk

1 tablespoon Salt Optiional - cheeze adds salts too

1 teaspoon Oregano

1/4 teaspoon Pepper

1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon Dry mustard

Paprika as required


Directions

Butter bread, place butter side down. Sprinkle cheeses on top. Beat remaining indreg. and add to cheese. Sprinkle with Paprika on top. Cover and chill overnight. Bake at 325* for 50-60 min., or until middle is set
