Ingredients

1 whole Chicken

3 can (12 oz) Great northern beans

1 medium Onion chopped

2 cloves Garlic

1 tablespoon Corriander seed

1 teaspoon Cumin

1 tablespoon Lemon pepper

1 teaspoon Cilantro or more

3 each Jalapeno peppers chopped

1 each Lime Juice

2 cans Green chili chopped

2 cans Corn white shoe peg or frozen


Directions

Boil chicken, skim scum, add lemon pepper, corriander seed, 1/2 of the cilantro. Remove chicken from bones, defat chicken broth and add the spices back to taste.Saute onion and garlic, add to chicken stock, add remaining ingrients, Either crock pot or cook for a couple hours on low. Serve with fresh salsa, cheese, sour cream and chips.
