Keeping-It-Clean Smoothie

Ingredients

2 cups Water

1/2 cup Ice

Any mix of organic frozen greens i.e. kale, dandelion, collard, mustard greens, spinach, beet tops, and chard


Directions

Blend until liquid comes to the 5 cup line (add more greens if necessary). Optional: 1 serving Doterra V-Shake and 1 serving Doterra IQ Mega Week One: - On day 5, pick ONE type of frozen berry to add to your smoothie, along with 2-5 drops of citrus essential oils of your choice and liquid stevia to taste (you may need a little extra water in your blender). Fill to the 7-8 cup line. - On day 6, add any or all of the day 5 add-ins plus 1/2 to 1 whole banana or 1/2 avocado (Blood type A should avoid bananas). - On day 7, add all of the above and 2 apples to the 7-8 cup line. Note: You will need to reduce the amount of berries as needed to stay within the 7-8 cup guideline. The basic formula for your smoothie is 1/3 water, 1/3 greens, and 1/3 fruit when allowed.
