Kentucky Beer Cheese

Rich cheese spread. Serve with Ritz Crackers and a side of canned jalapenos or piri piri chilis.

Ingredients

20 ounces extra sharp cheddar cheese

2 teaspoons garlic minced

7 ounces beer flat

1/8 teaspoon salt

Tabasco sauce to taste

dry hot mustard powder to taste

1 tablespoon worchestershire sauce


Directions

1. Set out opened beer can until beer is flat. If rushed, you can microwave a few seconds at a time, but do not heat more than room temperature. 2. Use grating blade of food processor and grate cheese and garlic together. 3. Change to blending blade and mix additional ingredients with cheese mixture. 4. Refrigerate several hours or preferably overnight as flavor will blend and improve.
