Season meat with salt and pepper. Place flour in a baggie. Add salt and pepper to season the flour. Add meat to seasoned flour and coat.
Put Instant Pot on Saute
Add butter to instant pot and brown meat in batches. Remove to a plate.
Add 2 cups of beef stock (I used Better Than Bouillon) to instant pot. Deglaze pot. Add tomato sauce and seasonings. Adjust for taste. Add in veggies and meat. Add water to cover meat. Stir.
Close the lid and the sealing valve. Press the Meat/Stew button (35 minutes). When cooking time is complete, allow a Natural Release.
