Prepare cornbread according to package. Set the slices of bread out on a wire rack to dry. Crumble cornbread and bread in a large dish. Beat eggs, salt and pepper together and pour into the dish. Chop the celery and onion finely and add to dish. Add sage and mix everything together until blended well. Add chicken broth until the dressing won't absorb any more. The consistency should resemble something like a cake batter. Slice margarine and place on top. Bake in a 350 degree oven until golden brown and done. Touch the top to check for doneness. If it feels like a sponge it is done.
