Ingredients

1/3 cup Almond flour blanched, fine

1/2 tsp Baking powder Aluminum free

1 large egg

1 tsp coconut flour fine ground

2 tablespoons butter melted

1 1/3 tablespoons Sugar free chocolate chips

2 tsps Vanilla extract

1 pinch Salt

1 1/3 tablespoons Swerve sweetner


Directions

Combine all ingredients, mix, pour batter into 2 ramekins and microwave for 60 seconds until a cake tester or piece of spaghetti comes out clean. let cool for a few minutes and eat!
