1. Crack eggs into a blender (I used my nutribullet)
2. Add cream cheese and vanilla
3. Blend for 1 minute
4. Let stand for 3-4 minutes to allow bubbles to rest
5. Heat pan and use ample butter to grease
6. Pour batter in a small to medium circle and allow to sit for 1 minute
7. Flip and cook for 1 minute (be sure both sides are golden brown)
8. Serve with your favorite keto friendly toppings!
