Ingredients

1/2 cup Ground Flaxseed

84 grams protein powder, plain

18 halves raw pecans

1/2 cup shredded coconut flakes

2 1/4 tablespoons coconut oil, melted

3-4.5 tablespoon nut milk

3 tablespoons lilys chocolate chips, dark

15 drops stevia, liquid, optional


Directions

Process flax, protein and pecans, until pecans become a powder Add in melted oil, coconut flakes, and 2 tablespoons of nut milk. Blend until it starts to stick to itself. If needed, add remaining nut milk. Pour mixture into a bowl and add chocolate chips. Using a cookie scoop, make balls and roll using your hands.]] Refrigerate for 20 minutes prior to serving. Store in fridge up to 3 weeks.
