Kid-Friendly Green Smoothie

Great smoothie with added greens that no one will taste!

Ingredients

1-2 whole bananas

2 cups strawberries

2 cups kiwis

1 cup blackberries

1 cup greens - kale, spinach, chard

1 cup yogurt

1 cup water

1/2 cup apple cider

2-3 Tablespoons ground flax seeds

1-2 Tablespoons honey


Directions

This is best if some or all of the fruits are frozen. If no frozen fruit is available, add a few ice cubes. Blend all ingredients together in a high powered blender. Add more water as needed.
