2 cups strawberries
2 cups kiwis
1 cup blackberries
1 cup greens - kale, spinach, chard
1 cup yogurt
1 cup water
1/2 cup apple cider
2-3 Tablespoons ground flax seeds
1-2 Tablespoons honey
Delicious! An easy way to sneak some chard into my kids' diets.
