3 c Whole wheat flour

1/4 c Celery chopped

1/4 c Chopped carrot

1 c Cooking oil

1 1/2 ts Salt

1/4 c Onions chopped

1/2 ts Pepper


Directions

The Complete American-Jewish Cookbook, London & Bishov Mix ingredients well. For small kishkes (suitable for 2- or 3-person cholent) divide into four parts. Wrap well in parchment paper, twisting ends securely. Cook one in cholent. Freeze the other three parts.
