Method:
1. Wash hands
2. Take out your equipment
3. Collect ingredients
4. Peel and finely dice onion
5. Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat
6. Add onion and garlic. Cook, stirring, for 3 minutes or until onion has softened
7. Add mince. Cook, stirring with a wooden spoon to break up mince, for 6 to 8 minutes or until browned
8. Stir in tomato. Season with salt and pepper. Simmer, uncovered for 10 minutes
9. Cook half the lasagne pieces in a large frypan of boiling water, 1 at a time, for 10 seconds
10. Remove from pan with tongs. Drain on a board lined with paper towel
11. Place one piece of pasta into each prepared dish
12. Spoon 1/4 mince mixture into dishes. Top with basil. Sprinkle with ricotta
13. Cook remaining lasagne pieces, 1 at a time, for 10 seconds. Remove from pan with tongs. Drain on a board lined with paper towel.
14. Place remaining lasagne pieces over ricotta mixture, allowing pasta to overhang at the edge of dishes
15. Spoon remaining mince evenly over pasta. Sprinkle with mozzarella
16. Spray pasta edges with oil
17. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and golden. Serve
18. While lasagne is baking prepare garlic bread
19. Mix minced garlic and margarine together
20. Cut bread roll in half and spread each half with garlic butter
21.Grill until golden brown
22. Serve with lasagne
