Ingredients

1/2 tsp Dill

1/2 tsp Caraway Seeds

1/2 tsp Fennel

1/3 cup Flour

1/8 cup Olive Oil

1/8 cup Water

Salt (for sprinkling over)

Directions

pre-heat oven to 180 degrees C (I think that is around 350F?) Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl, mix together Olive Oil and Water in a small jug, and stir slowly into the flour and herb mixture till it forms dough. Roll dough out on floured surface with rollingpin as thin as possible. Cut into long oblong shapes, roll up each piece carefully and lay out on oiled oven tray. sprinkle with salt (or Rock salt if you prefer the chunky style) Bake at 180 degrees for 10 minutes. Remove from oven just before the colour changes to golden brown
