Ingredients

1 portion Pork and pepper Fajitas (ladle), refrigerated overnight

1/2 cup Salsa dip

2 cups Lettuce torn

1/2 cup Sour cream dip

2 each Pita pockets heat and cut open


Directions

The Pork and pepper fajitas mix should be saved and chilled after a main meal, 1 serving ladle portion. 159112 Combine the sasla and fajitas mix in a microwavable bowl. Reheat 3-5 minutes depending on power rating, stir after 2 minutes and continue. Confirm it is reheated (take great care with pork to ensure it is hot) Stand to finish. Toast pitta pocket, when it swells cut open. Place a layer of torn lettuce and cover with pre-heated Fajita mix. Add sour cream to taste. Makes a quick tasty snack.
