Ingredients

450 g Butter softened

750 g Caster sugar

15 Egg yolks

15 Egg white

15 Lemon zested, juiced

450 g Self raising flour

1 1/2 l Milk

Directions

Whisk butter and sugar to cream, add yolks one by one, add liquits and flour, fold whisked egg white under the mix bake for aprox 25 min at 160 Grad Celsius.
