Lemon Dipping Sauce

Ingredients

1/4 cup water

1 tsp cornstarch

2-4 Tbsp (to taaste) sugar

1/4 cup lemon juice

lemon zest for garnish

Directions

1. Mix together first 3 ingredients in small saucepot and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Stir in lemon juice and bring back to a boil. Pour sauce into dip bowl and garnish with lemon zest. Serve with shrimp rolls, shrimp burgers or shrimp pot stickers. SLS November 2021 (old recipe found)
