Lemonade Sorbet

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups cold water

1 cup frozen lemonade concentrate thawed

3 tablespoons honey

Lemon slices if desired

Blueberries if desired


Directions

1. Place water, lemonade concentrate and honey in blender or food processor. Cover and blend on low speed until smooth. Pour into square baking dish, 8 X 8 X 2 inches. 2. Freeze about 4 hours, stirring several times to keep mixture smooth, until firm. Garnish with lemon slices and blueberries.
