sgrishkaAh, the Libby's pumpkin pie recipe...a tried and true classic that's foolproof and makes a great old-fashioned pumpkin pie. Just thinking about it makes my mouth water and brings a sentimental tear to my eye as my mind fills with wonderfully nostalgic remembrances of past holidays with family and friends, making these wonderful pies. This was my grandmother's "go-to" recipe and always resulted in a terrific pie having just the right firmness, texture and flavor. It even tastes great using a premade crust, which my grandmother NEVER did!
