Linguini in Clam Sauce

Ingredients

1 clove garlic minced

2 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil

1 medium onion diced

1/2 cup Dry white wine

2 cup Chicken broth

280 gram baby clams

113 gram shrimp

200 gram crab meat

3 dashes Tabasco sauce

1 teaspoon Dried oregano

180 gram Cream cheese cut into small pieces

450 gram linguini

fresh ground pepper

Fresh parsley chopped

Parmesan grated


Directions

In 4 litre saucepan, saute garlic in hot olive oil and then add onions and saute until soft but not browned. Add wine, chicken broth, seafood, tabasco, oregano and fresh pepper. Simmer for 30 minutes. Stir in cream cheese until blended. Cook linguini in salted water, drain well and add to sauce. Let sit 5 minutes, covered. Serve with fresh parsley and parmesan.
