A great recipe from the Best of Bridge cookbook series
In 4 litre saucepan, saute garlic in hot olive oil and then add onions and saute until soft but not browned.
Add wine, chicken broth, seafood, tabasco, oregano and fresh pepper. Simmer for 30 minutes.
Stir in cream cheese until blended.
Cook linguini in salted water, drain well and add to sauce. Let sit 5 minutes, covered.
Serve with fresh parsley and parmesan.
