Ingredients

1 1/2 c Whole wheat flour

7/8 c Warm water

3 tb Molasses

1 pk Active dry yeast

1 1/2 ts Salt

5/8 c Whole milk; warmed

1 c Rye flour

4 ts Gluten

3 tb Caraway seeds

1 1/2 tb Butter

1 1/2 c Bread flour


Directions
