London Broil with Grainy Mustard Marinade

Ingredients

3 tb Dijon mustard country style

1/2 ts Fresh ground black pepper

2 Cloves garlic crushed

2 tb Fresh Lemon Juice

1 ts Worcestershire Sauce

2 tb olive oil

2 lb Top round steak trimmed of fat

1 tb Soy sauce, low sodium

1 tb Fresh ginger root peel & Finely chop


Directions

1. Place steak in large glass baking dish. In small bowl combine mustard, oil, lemon juice, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, ginger and pepper; using wire whisk or fork, beat well to blend. Pour mixture over steak; turn meat several times to coat well with marinade. Let stand at room temperature 30 minutes, turning once or twice. 2. Meanwhile heat broiler. 3. Remove steak from marinade, reserving marinade; place on rack in broiler pan. Broil, 3 to 4 inches form heat source, about 7 minutes on each side for medium-rare or until to desired doneness. Brush with remaining marinade after turning. 4. Transfer steak to serving platter; let stand about 5 minutes before slicing. Seve steak cut into thin slices on the diagonal. I cooked my London Broil via Sous Vide, but wanted to say I made the Dijon sauce and used it as a drizzled accompaniment after cooking and the Sauce was Delicious!! Thank you!
