1 c Boiling water

1 lite Cool ?

1 1/2 c Graham cracker crumbs

2 3-oz boxes cherry gelatin

2 lowfat ?

4 tb Butter melted


Directions

Notes: By Elayne Koons, Palmerton. The Times News. PA Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into bottom of a 13? pan. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. In blender or food processor blend gelatin mixture and cottage cheese until smooth. Pour over graham cracker mixture. Refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours. When firm spread Cool Whip over top.
