Low Calorie Salsa

Ingredients

3 tb Water

1/4 Garlic powder

1 tb Chili powder

1 ds Red pepper, ground

1 16-oz cn Tomatoes, crushed

3 tb Instant minced onion

1/4 c Green Pepper Chopped


Directions
