Low Fat Ranch Dressing

Ingredients

2 tb Chives

10 1/2 oz Silken tofu

2 c Low fat buttermilk

1 ts Salt

2 tb Lemon juice

1/8 ts Black pepper

1 tb Parsley


Directions

In food processor or blender, puree buttermilk, tofu, salt and lemon juice. Add remaining ingredients; process until blended. Variations: Add garlic, or try substituting poppy seeds or toasted, crushed sesame seeds for the herbs. Makes about 3 cups, 0.2 grams of fat per serving. | Recipe by: August 1996 Vegetarian Times
