Mama's Meatballs

Fantastic, easy to make Italian style meatballs just lika mama useta make!

Ingredients

1 lb Ground Beef

2 Eggs beaten

2 slices bread broken up small pieces

3 cloves Garlic minced

Parsley to taste

Oregano to taste

Basil to taste

Salt to taste

Crushed Red Pepper to taste

Pepper to taste

Milk to cover bread

Pasta sauce jar or homemade


Directions

1. Break apart slices of bread (remove crust) into small pieces in a mixing bowl. Pour sauce in sauce pot and being to heat. 2. Pour just enough milk to cover the bread but not-so-much that there is milk left over. 3. Put meat in bowl with eggs and mix. 4. Mix all remaining ingredients together to taste into meat mixture. Add bread crumbs until the consistency is smooth and does not easily separate. 5. When sauce in pot begins to simmer, form meat into smallish round balls and drop in pot. Simmer for 45 minutes. Mangia!
