Mango Pudding

Ingredients

1 Pkt Agar (40g or 42 g)

2 Pkts Mango Jelly

9 Oz. sugar (can put more if you like it sweeter)

1 tin of Mango Puree

20 Oz. water


Directions

Soak Agar for 20 mins to 1/2 hr. Boil 20 0z. water, then put in Agar and boil till it has dissolved. Add sugar Boil about 500 ml. water and dissolve the mango jelly in it and then add to the agar. Pour in the Mango Puree and cook for a little while make sure it does not boil. Then pour into a tray or moulds to set.
