Maple Glazed Chicken with Vegetables

Ingredients

1.5 pounds Boneless, skinless chicken breast halves

1/2 cup Sugar-free maple syrup

2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

1 teaspoon Sage

4 Red potatoes chopped

16 ounce bag Frozen baby carrots

1 cup Frozen pearl onions

Salt & pepper to taste


Directions

1. Place chicken, carrots, potatoes, and onions in a lightly greased 9x13 baking dish 2. Mix syrup, mustard, and sage together in a small bowl 3. Pour syrup mixture over the chicken and veggies and mix well (and carefully) being sure to coat everything in the dish 4.
