1. Place chicken, carrots, potatoes, and onions in a lightly greased 9x13 baking dish
2. Mix syrup, mustard, and sage together in a small bowl
3. Pour syrup mixture over the chicken and veggies and mix well (and carefully) being sure to coat everything in the dish
4. Bake at 375 degrees F for 30-40 minutes, or until chicken (and veggies) is cooked through
