Maple Gravy

Ingredients

3 tb Fat from roast turkey

1 1/4 c Chicken stock; or giblet

1/2 c Reserved turkey cooking

1/2 c Pure maple syrup

3 tb All purpose flour


Directions

Prep: 5 min, Cook: 15 min. Heat turkey fat in a heavy pan over medium heat. Add flour and stir constantly 2-3 minutes until flour turns golden. Slowly stir in remaining ingredients and salt and pepper to taste. Simmer mixture about 10 minutes, stirring frequently until gravy thickens.
