Margo's Mayonnaise

Ingredients

2 Eggs

1 cup Peanut oil

pinch Salt

1 tablespoon Champagne vinegar

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 teaspoon Honey wholegrain mustard

1 tablespoon Lime juice

1 handful Fresh dill


Directions

Add everything except the oil to a blender. Blend on speed 2 for 30 seconds. Leave on 2 and start very slowly drizzling the oil into the blender. Increase speed to 5 as you add the oil. Blend for another minute after the oil is in. Keep in the fridge in a sealed container. Lasts 7 days.
