Ready in 45 minutes

Ingredients

1/4 c Sesame oil

1 tb Lemon juice

1 Clover garlic minced

1/2 c Soy sauce

1/2 c Sherry

8 1/2 inch thick Tuna steaks

Directions

Mix all the marinade ingredients and marinate tuna for no more than 2 hours. I broil them for about 3 minutes per side. I use a little wasabi with mine, but of course my kids dont like it that way. Originally, I had this in a restaurant and they served some kind of wasabi mayonnaise or sauce with this, but I like it with just plain wasabi. Be sure not to overcook the tuna. It should be VERY rare.
