Ingredients

1/4 Cup Dry Marsala

3 tablespoons Butter

3 tablespoons Flour

1 3/4 Cup Chicken or beef broth

1/4 Cup Heavy whipping cream

Salt and pepper


Directions

Pour Marsala in skillet. Reduce by half volume. Add butter, melt, add flour for roux. Add broth and thicken. Add cream. Season.
